The Goodstone Wine List
Goodstone’s wine list offers approximately 400 selections from a dozen countries. Many of the wines offered at Goodstone represent small farmers who often live on the land they farm and produce wines that reflect their place. The wines made in small quantities by passionate people with stories that serve to enhance the enjoyment of their wines. Each wine displays unique characteristics that vary from one vintage to the next.
Goodstone offers a breathtaking setting where guests can truly relax and take in the beauty of nature. Our Virginia Inn’s 265 acres provide vegetables, chicken eggs, lamb and beef that are featured in our cuisine. This farm-based approach is also used in our wine list selections. Because wine is a preserved good, the list is not limited to local production only. However, over 30 selections from local wineries are available.

Wine Cellar Dining Room
In addition to holding the Goodstone wine collection, the Wine Cellar Dining Room offers a large dining table that accommodates 12 people. A striking mural painted by local artist Penny Hauffe dramatically portrays the Middleburg Fox Hunt which ventures through the Goodstone Inn estate.

Goodstone Wine Dinner Events
Goodstone Inn & Restaurant offers guests the opportunity to take part in special dinners designed to highlight a particular wine region or producer. These private events begin and end with the wines as our chef creates a sequence of courses to support the featured wines.
