Breakfast Line Cook
Goodstone Inn & Restaurant, Middleburg, VA is seeking a reliable, experienced, energetic individual that shares our passion for excellence.

Duties to include but not limited to:
• Able to do repetitive work
• Able to prepare food according to guidelines
• Knowledge of cooking procedures
• Able to communicate with Prep Cooks and Wait Staff
• Able to work all shifts and holidays
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to assigned shift
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Able to work in a high-pace and hot environment
• Able to multitask
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Report to managers when something is broken or needs repair
• Keep a clean, stocked and tidy workspace
• Be able to self-motivate in work environment
• Able to follow written or verbal instructions

Fine Dining Servers
In addition to dinner service Wednesday through Monday and Sunday brunch, we are open for breakfast and lunch service and seek hospitality-oriented professionals with a strong background in fine dining service and knowledge of wines. Less experienced servers may be considered for service assistants and breakfast service positions to start, with potential to advance based on job performance and dedication.
Server Requirements:
- Fine-dining experience with a strong knowledge of wines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent work ethic
- Flexible schedule that includes morning and evening shifts, both weekday and weekends
- Support team to reach common goals
- Completed background check required
Housekeepers
Candidate must have a strong background in housekeeping, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and cleanliness. Competitive pay in an excellent work environment.
Requirements for Housekeepers:
- Inn and/or hotel experience with a keen eye to cleanliness
- Detail oriented
- Excellent work ethic
- Flexible schedule that includes morning and evening shifts, both weekday and weekends
